Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to manage and facilitate the onboarding process for our HNI clients. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing a seamless onboarding experience. The Onboarding Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring their integration into our services is smooth, efficient, and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact for HNI clients during the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all client information is accurately entered into the system.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordination and Communication: Liaise with internal teams such as compliance, legal, finance, and IT to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their onboarding.
- Training and Support: Educate clients on the services available and assist them in navigating our platforms and tools.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to new clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client onboarding, preferably with HNIs.
- Strong understanding of Luxury products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong network within the luxury service industry and access to exclusive venues and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in multiple languages considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. – Open to work from Goa.
