Your Indulge Blue manager will be assigned to you on 16th January onwards. You can get on the waitlist by prepayment of INR 50,000.
You and a +1 can use an individual Indulge Global membership whereas Indulge Blue membership can be accessed by the primary user only.
- EAs are available 7 hrs a day vs Indulge is available 24/7.
- Sick leaves or loss of contact with an EA can hamper your operations but Indulge offers a team of 7 so someone is always available.
- The scope of access with Indulge is global vs selective and predominantly local with an EA.
- When an EA leaves, there is loss of data (in terms of understanding your temperament, taste etc). You need not worry about that if a concierge manager leaves Indulge. They are under a heavy NDA and the data remains with Indulge so the service is consistent.
The aim of concierge is to offer convenience and simplify life. We are your assistants of personal life. You can ask the team for things like reserving a table, ensuring your annual health checkups are in place, getting your boarding passes, etc. Not everything has to be materialistic, just anything that eases life🙂
The cost of membership gives you access to the team. All your requests will be charged as per actuals. The membership cost is a fee and not a balance that can be utilised later.
Mode of payment can be UPI, bank transfer (domestic or international), credit and debit card. All requests are fulfilled on prepayment basis only.
